Where are you based?

I live in Lower Hutt, New Zealand and often travel to Hawke's Bay, Palmerston North, Whanganui, Wairarapa and the Taranaki for work.

How long does it take to receive my photos?

I say 2-5 weeks, but I normally have everything completed in 3 weeks.

Do we own the rights to the photos?

I retain the copyright to the photos, but the photos are yours to share with family and friends or print for life.  As long as you don't use them for commercial use.

Can you help with the planning of our wedding?

If you book with me, I give you a wedding planning guide which I have written from experience, and if you like, I am also happy to discuss in person your plans so your special day runs smoothly.

How do we arrange payments with you?

I require a $450 deposit as well as a filled out booking form which you sign.  Once this is done your wedding day is fully booked. The remainder of the payment is due four weeks prior to your  wedding. 

Do I travel for weddings?

Yes, I'm happy to travel anywhere within New Zealand or overseas, but arrangements would have to be made on extra costs for travel and accomodation.

How many photos will I received?

Every wedding is different and it depends on what you would like photographed.  It ranges between 250 images for the small package and 650 images for the largest of my packages.

Are you insured?

I have Business Liability Insurance which covers 20 liabilities for if anything goes wrong.

How do you store our images?

I photograph your wedding using cameras that have two seperate camera memory cards, so the second card is used as a backup. I then store your images on three seperate storage devices in three seperate locations to be absolutely safe.
